Shipping & Delivery
At ROYCE’ Malaysia, we aim to keep shipping as fuss-free as possible. All ROYCE’ Chocolates are delivered within Klang Valley via our own delivery vehicles. We understand that getting your chocolates or cookies quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.
ZONE A: KUALA LUMPUR, SELANGOR CITY CENTRE, PENANG ISLAND CITY CENTRE, JOHOR BAHRU CITY CENTRE
Standard delivery charges are RM15 per address within Zone A.ZONE B: OUTSKIRT OF SELANGOR, PENANG & JOHOR
Standard delivery charges are RM25 per address for the following outskirt areas:
ZONE C: MELAKA, NEGERI SEMBILAN & PERAK
Standard delivery charges are RM25 per address for all area in Zone C.
ZONE D: PERLIS & KEDAH
Standard delivery charges are RM35 per address for all area in Zone D.
ZONE E: EAST COAST OF PENINSULAR MALAYSIA (PAHANG, KELANTAN & TERENGGANU)
Standard delivery charges are RM45 per address for all area in Zone E.
For the time being, we are unable to deliver to Langkawi, Redang, Pangkor, Ketam, Tioman & Lang Tengah Island.
From time to time, we may run Free Delivery promotions. Please sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest news and updates on such promotions.
Delivery is available within Peninsula Malaysia, excluding Langkawi, Redang, Pangkor, Ketam, Tioman & Lang Tengah Island.
We currently do not deliver to East Malaysia. Please note that we only deliver to addresses in Peninsula Malaysia, and that we do not ship internationally.

ROYCE' chocolates will be delivered cold (below 25°C) using either our own delivery vehicles or third party delivery partner's vehicles directly from our warehouse to the recipient, ensuring they do not melt in transit.

Orders placed after 2.00pm will be processed the following working day.
Multiple / large orders / festive gift hampers may also be subject to additional delivery charges. If this proves necessary, we promise to contact all customers prior to the dispatch of any goods.
To schedule your delivery in advance and on a specific date, kindly drop us your request via the notes function during checkout or email us quoting your order number at info@royce.com.my .While we strive to deliver within the stipulated time frame for standard orders, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery time slots.
Please note that no compensation will be provided for not delivering within the preferred delivery time stipulated.
If you wish to change any details regarding your order, kindly email info@royce.com.my. Please note that any changes to your order (delivery address, gift message) must be made at the soonest within 2 hours after an order is placed to ensure that we have sufficient time to amend the order prior to preparation and delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to accept changes made to your order after that time, therefore we strongly urge you to please ensure that all the details of your recipient’s address are correct before you place your order.

Our convenient Click & Collect service allows you to place an order online and pick up your order from any ROYCE’ outlet in Peninsular Malaysia or ROYCE' Warehouse Kota Damansara.
For Click & Collect orders, you may indicate your preferred pick-up date and time within 3 days from place order date, in the "delivery instructions" column before proceeding to checkout.
Typically, processing of self-pickup orders requires 2-4 hours, hence immediate collection is unavailable. You will receive an email notification once the order is ready for collection.
You or your representative are required to produce proof of identity by showing our retail staff the email notification during collection. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the order if we have any doubts about your creditworthiness or lack of identification.
Kindly be informed, orders will be cancelled if they are not collected within 3 days from the day of the email notification being sent. Also, we are unable to entertain any request for change of store for collection or change of products after the order confirmation has been issued. ROYCE’ reserves the right to charge administration / delivery fees for any other special redelivery arrangement or return request.

Failure to provide this contact information may result in us not being able to resolve delivery issues in a timely fashion.
In the event that our delivery team, may be unable to deliver your order due to (i) a problem with the address you provide (ii) the named recipient no longer living at the delivery address (iii) the named recipient not being in at the time of delivery, please note that additional delivery charges applies for request of second delivery.

Where possible, our delivery team will attempt to obtain a signature from the intended recipient of the chocolates or cookies. In some circumstances, for example, when delivering to certain business addresses, hospitals, hotels or universities, we may not be able to deliver the order directly to the intended recipient.
Please note that these circumstances are beyond our control. In this case, we will deliver to the reception area or post room and (where possible) obtain a signature from the receptionist (or equivalent). This signature will be our proof of delivery.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage by us whilst in transit from ROYCE’ Malaysia to your shipping address. Once your order has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
