I was already at the store after waited 2 hours ordering online and showed the confirmation email to collect the goods. The manager refused to release the goods even there were available stock.
For click and collect we expect to purchase online and able to pickup as soon as possible. After 2 hours and not receiving the collection email is the worst experience. Also there were stock in store and the manager refused to entertain even showing the email confirmation is absurd. I’m greatly disappointed with your level of customer service and your click and collect service truly failed.
